Course B1 route

You learn reading, writing, speaking and listening up to and including level B1 and get lessons in "Kennis van de Nederlandse Maatschappij" (KNM - knowledge of the Dutch society). You also will be prepared for working on the Dutch labor market (ONA "Oriëntatie op de Nederlandse Arbeidsmarkt" or MAP "Module Arbeidsmarkt en Participatie"). This course is for you if you have completed secondary or higher education. You learn the Dutch language by exploring different themes. The themes concern shopping, transportation, housing, money, health, children and the job search.

• The basic principle is that you will have 4 lessons per week.
• Hours of self study: at least 8 hours per week.

After this course, you can register for the integration exam.
